We want you to be satisfied with your order, but we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. Check your merchandise upon arrival to make sure there is no damage or shortages. Claims on damaged or shortages must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If you need to return the order, send an email to customer service@theperfectinvitationny.com or call us at 914-357-8077 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept items within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Please specify whether it's a refund or replacement, the reason, and also cancel any unneeded/unreturned items from the order and the amount if it is a refund. Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours. Credit for return items will apply only to the purchase price of the product, shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. Credit will not be given for lost return packages. Correctly personalized items cannot be returned. If returned to us, it will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. Full credit will not be granted on items that have price tags or appear to be used or opened. To receive a credit the items must be returned to www.theperfectinvitationny.com in the same condition that they were received. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on items returned after 7 days. Once we receive and inspect your package, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 1 to 2 weeks. *IMPORTANT No returns on opened products, food/candy items or colored decorations such as streamers, candles, etc. ITEMS PERSONALIZED AS PER ORDER CANNOT BE RETURNED. Candles shipped by ground during the summer months cannot be returned. NOTE: Colors vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Although it is impossible to achieve an exact color match for every item, small variations in color serve to enhance the overall effect of your color scheme. Products seen on the online catalog do not always represent an identical color match. Color reproduction is limited by various situations beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Customized Stationery Cancellation Policy Customized invitations, programs, menus, maps, rsvp, reception cards or any customized stationary cannot be refunded or exchanged once the printing process begins which is after the approval of your proofs. If you cancel after the proofs have been emailed to you, but haven’t yet approved them, there will be a cancellation fee for $10.00 per proof (invitation, rsvp, reception card, etc.), plus $60.00 for the cost of labor from your representative, shipping costs if a refund check is issued and 8% from total if a credit is refunded to your credit card. If sales taxes have been paid by our company, that amount will be deducted from your total. Frequently Asked Questions: How do I place an order online? Ordering is extremely easy!
